Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that you provide a 48-hour notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. You can reach us via call, text, or email.

• Cancellations with 48 hours' notice:
  • You will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice or No Shows:
  • You will be charged the full service amount.
• Rescheduling Within 24 Hours (Members Only):
  • Immediate payment will be required to transfer the session.

If your card is declined or you refuse to pay the cancellation fee, future appointments will not be accepted until the balance is settled.

Mobile Services:
Mobile services are available for groups of three or more individuals only.

VIP Membership:
Our primary focus is on clients who invest in a monthly membership. However, new clients can book massage services at our introductory rates.

Couples Massage:
At this time, we are only accepting requests for single services. We hope to offer couples services in the future!
