Is there a cancellation policy?

We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 48 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests via call, text, or email. 

Cancellations with 48 hours' notice:
You will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Cancellations with 24 hours notice/No Show:
You will be charged the full service.
Rescheduling Within 24 Hours of the Appointment for Current Members:
Immediate payment will be required to transfer the session.

For any reasons, your card is declined or you refuse to pay the cancellation fee, future pending appointments will not be accepted, until the balance has been paid.

Do you offer mobile services?

Only groups of 3 or more individuals will be considered for any mobile inquiries. 

Are only VIP Members serviced ?

Our focus is to currently keep our availability tailored to clients who invest in a monthly membership with us. However, massage requests are accepted for new clients at our introductory rates.
